02 December - Viviane, or Bibiane, was born in Rome. Her family is known for its Christianity and nobility. Flavian was her father, prefect of Rome, and Julian had him imprisoned for converting to Christianity. Exiled in Tuscany, he died there.

December 1 - Charles Eugène de Foucauld de Pontbriand, was born in Strasbourg on September 15, 1858. Second son of Élisabeth Beaudet de Morlet and Édouard de Foucauld de Pontbriand, forest inspector. His eldest son died at the age of one month.

29 November - The Saturnin here was the son of a Greek king. The accounts of his life are divergent. Some say that he was one of the seventy-two disciples of the Lord and that he lived with Him, saw his resurrection and ascension to heaven. Other sources clearly indicate that he lived in the third century.

Pope Francis has accepted the renunciation of the pastoral government of the Diocese of Miarinarivo, presented by H.E. Mgr Jean Claude Randrianarisoa. At the same time, the Supreme Pontiff has appointed H.E. Mgr Marie Fabien Raharilamboniaina, as Apostolic Admnistrator sede vacante et ad nutum Sanctae Sedis of the same Diocese.
