It is now clear that the majority of Malagasy live in chaos, insecurity, violence and above all violence in all its forms, some of them even capable of shedding blood. On World Day of Older Persons and Grandparents, we have a duty to care for and show love to these categories of people. Since 2021, this day has been defined as a recognition of the elderly, celebrated every year on the fourth Sunday in July. July 11 is dedicated to celebrating the International Day of Population, which plays an important role in development, as it is both the beneficiary and the implementer of that development. It is therefore necessary to have a population with sufficient education, sufficient knowledge, having and respecting values, in good health, living in peace... Development is the responsibility of the individual and the public, and does not depend on individuals or groups of people. Diocese of Miarinarivo

Pope Francis has accepted the renunciation of the pastoral government of the Diocese of Miarinarivo, presented by H.E. Mgr Jean Claude Randrianarisoa. At the same time, the Supreme Pontiff has appointed H.E. Mgr Marie Fabien Raharilamboniaina, as Apostolic Admnistrator sede vacante et ad nutum Sanctae Sedis of the same Diocese.

Love and Salvation
