STATISTICAL surveys have been used to improve people's lives. For the survey to be well-founded, honest answers are requested from the households or individuals to be questioned, giving them the assurance and guarantee that the source of the answers is confidential. It is now clear that the majority of Malagasy live in chaos, insecurity, violence and above all violence in all its forms, some of them even capable of shedding blood. In view of these cases, it was felt that it was time to recall what is known as ‘Malagasy fihavanana’, and to return to the very foundations of this value which has its own identity. Fihavanana, according to its general definition, is based on the breath of life. So for the Malagasy, the breath of life is what unites everyone, meaning that all human beings are one life. Love and Salvation
