Menstruation is a condition that women experience as part of their natural growth. If you do the maths, 7 years is the total number of days of menstruation in a woman's life. Many misconceptions, superstitions and ignorances surround it, leading to discrimination and marginalisation, resulting in the violation of human dignity. One of these is the decision to use a natural contraceptive method. This encourages the couple to talk more often, to get to know each other better.
