To obtain the "cathinone" from khat, the leaves must be chewed and soaked in the mouth for 3 to 4 hours. If khat is not consumed for 3 days after cutting, its taste changes and it is no longer very effective. Pope Francis has accepted the renunciation of the pastoral government of the Diocese of Miarinarivo, presented by H.E. Mgr Jean Claude Randrianarisoa.
