There are many ways for Christians to do meditation: some are very simple but others are somewhat difficult; some require the use of the mind and knowledge, and there are those that require the use of memory, thought and will. Meditation must be practised with care and attention. You have to be careful because there are so many religions that talk about it and practise it. Usually, the meditation practised by the West is the most widely practised, a desire to regain peace of mind, because it is thought to gather strength, bring courage to face stress, crisis... Love and Salvation
