Jesus did not accept the oppressive and tyrannical power exercised by the rulers of their country (Mk 10:42). Jesus did not hesitate to denounce the injustice of rulers. An example of this can be seen in his relationship with Herod "... go and tell that wolf: here I cast out demons and heal the sick...".
