The name "Elijah" means "The Lord is my God". If we look at the Holy Scriptures, from the first book of Kings 17 to the second book of Kings 2, we find information about Elijah the prophet. His origin is not very visible and his purpose is not clearly visible either, because he was taken away by the chariot that he took to heaven, which is why the Holy Scriptures say that he is waiting for his return. The Psalms did not stop at the time of Jesus, but continue to this day. You could say that the Psalms are still part of the Church's prayer or liturgy. The Psalms are the best and most precious prayers. In the New Testament, Our Heavenly Father is the best prayer that Jesus taught his disciples, but in the Old Testament, it's the Psalms.
