These rights apply to workers and employers in all sectors: shopkeepers, entrepreneurs, farmers, etc. The employer has a right vis-à-vis the employee; the latter is responsible for performing the work agreed with the employer and is entitled to a fair wage. It is necessary to balance the salary or the value of the work done by a person that the employee is entitled to receive. Neighbours must not steal from each other...
