Bishop Marie Fabien Raharilamboniaina, President of the Bishops' Conference of Madagascar, sent a letter of welcome to Bishop Tomasz Grysa, newly appointed Apostolic Nuncio to Madagascar. He assures him of fraternal cooperation.

Bishop Philippe Ranaivomanana of Antsirabe was a peacemaker and a friend of the people. He was sociable and communicative. For him, promoting others was a priority. These are virtues that he imitated from Jesus Christ, the one he followed, who gave himself to save humanity. Tribute to Mgr Philippe Ranaivomanana, Bishop of Antsirabe, who died on 6 September 2022.

The national coordination team for the synod presented to the Permanent Council of the Conference of Bishops of Madagascar, the official anthem of the synod, on Monday, February 7, 2022. The choir "Antokom-pihira Katedraly Mahajanga" (APKM) was in charge , at the same time of the composition, the arrangement and the interpretation. Love and Salvation
