Epistaxis is the medical term used to describe nosebleeds. The nose bleeds easily because of its location on the face and the proximity of blood vessels in the wall of the nose. There are two types of epistaxis: anterior epistaxis and posterior epistaxis, behind the nose. Children aged between 5 and 10 generally have nosebleeds, but adults do too. Food insecurity remains a problem in Madagascar. Social Day is an annual event organised by the Jesuits' APSE "Apostolat Social et Ecologique". This year, 2024, an event will be held on 16, 17 and 18 May to discuss food insecurity. Food security: ability to enjoy food, purchasing power, ability to use and eat breast food.
