Placental anomalies are common and occur during pregnancy. In developing countries, many women die in childbirth, which is why the Ministry of Health encourages women to give birth in health centers; it has also trained midwives. The placenta is a temporary organ, filled with blood vessels, which forms the link between the child and the mother during pregnancy. The placenta's function is to supply oxygen to the baby and release carbon dioxide, to slowly turn the baby's kidneys and liver, and to protect the baby from disease or other attack...

Jesus did not accept the oppressive and tyrannical power exercised by the rulers of their country (Mk 10:42). Jesus did not hesitate to denounce the injustice of rulers. An example of this can be seen in his relationship with Herod "... go and tell that wolf: here I cast out demons and heal the sick...". At the end of its second General Assembly, held from 15 to 18 October 2024, the Episcopal Commission for Justice and Peace sent a message to government officials at all levels, as well as to all Malagasy and all people of goodwill.
