08 April - Born on 12 July 1751, in Cuvilly, a village north of Compiègne (France), Julie is the sixth of Jean-François Billiart and Marie Debraine's seven children. At the age of seven, she knew her catechism by heart and took pleasure in gathering other children around her to have them recite it.
The family is made up of spouses and children, or a group of people united by the kind of ties that exist, within a community. But to what extent do we give a place to the family in each of our lives, and what attitude to adopt when living within the family. Independence and development are natural for each person, when separated from their parents. The role of the family must evolve according to reality: raising, educating, and when children grow up to become independent, they guide and advise each other. Everyone must train to behave "independently" in order to develop mutually.

Pope Francis has accepted the renunciation of the pastoral government of the Diocese of Miarinarivo, presented by H.E. Mgr Jean Claude Randrianarisoa. At the same time, the Supreme Pontiff has appointed H.E. Mgr Marie Fabien Raharilamboniaina, as Apostolic Admnistrator sede vacante et ad nutum Sanctae Sedis of the same Diocese.
