FECAMA trains young people and farmers involved in family production. More than 1000 young people have been trained and 70% of them have been placed to work in production in the countryside.

The year 2003 was the first time that the college for rural areas was created within FECAMA. Next year, it will be 20 years since the creation of the first "Agricultural College" within FECAMA, located in Befandriana-Avaratra in the Region of Sofia and in Bezezika, Region of Menabe; continued in Ambondromisotra in the Amoron'i Mania Region, in Ambalavao Matsiatra-Ambony and in Manganoro-Ambatondrazaka in the Alaotra Region.

FECAMA will celebrate the 20th anniversary of its first college in the coming year and will also mark the achievement of 1000 young people trained, said Mr. Ando Razafindratsima, director of the federation. Many of the young people who have been trained in college are considered by the inhabitants of their villages as their assistants, qualified and knowledgeable in matters of agriculture and animal husbandry, and call them when there are problems related to it, it seems, in terms of animal diseases. , vaccines for poultry etc...
