The common good is a good that cannot be divided. Selfishness, the inability to share the good with others, is an attitude we should avoid. This selfishness is a form of refusal to seek the common good. God has given everyone a talent, a talent that is not meant to be kept but to be shared with others. At the end of its second General Assembly, held from 15 to 18 October 2024, the Episcopal Commission for Justice and Peace sent a message to government officials at all levels, as well as to all Malagasy and all people of goodwill.
