There are religious leaders, the kind of people who oppose power, predict the future, disturb public opinion. The Church does not appoint a person to be elected but corrects leaders according to the doctrine that values the common good. If a religious leader takes the position of the opposition, he deceives himself and the people. Catechesis on politics according to the opinion of the Church, in collaboration with Fr. Monday, March 13, 2023 — Third Week of Lent — I hope in the LORD, I trust in his word; with him there is kindness and plenteous redemption — Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint Luke (Lk 4: 24-30)
Women have their own importance and role if examined closely and according to the Scriptures. The Pentateuch or the Five Books of Moses is the starting point, so we can say that the words "woman = W" and "man = H" are balanced and not separated, almost often, (Genesis 42 W / 79 times H, Exodus 20 W / 24 H, Leviticus 28 W / 29 H, Numbers 27 W / 84 H, Deuteronomy 20 W / 31 H). If we look at the whole Bible, the word "woman/women" is used 715 times, and "man, man/men" 1050 times. If we compare the Old Testament (OT) and the New Testament (NT): 172 times OT / 251 times NT and 543 times OT / 799 times NT.
At the end of its second General Assembly, held from 15 to 18 October 2024, the Episcopal Commission for Justice and Peace sent a message to government officials at all levels, as well as to all Malagasy and all people of goodwill.
