Driving out demons is a step towards the establishment of the kingdom of God because the kingdom of God and the kingdom of evil can't live together.To proclaim the good news, it is to set man free from evil to become a new man. We have learnt from the gospel that demons will not overcome the authority of Jesus.So, the establishment of the kingdom of God inside is the guarantee of victory over evil

The teachings of Jesus convinced his listeners. Powerful and authoritative words came out of His mouth. Words that silenced and cast out unclean spirits. In this way, the Word of Jesus cleanses the soul of man. His Word constantly transforms our lives for the better. He forbade the unclean spirits to speak about Him. It is not for the unclean spirits to proclaim: "I know you, you are the Holy One of God" at an inopportune moment.

Now, it is for us baptisized to say that Jesus is the "Holy one of God"who came to save the world. we are child of God, spiritually resurrected by the baptism we received. We are partners in establishing and proclaming the kingdom of God with Jesus.So, if we realize that we are one with him, we succeed and we win with him. BUt this union cannot be done without piety. May we open our heart to receive him.

Love and Salvation
