The coming of the Messiah is an event so long-awaited by the people of Israel, that each person who speaks or acts differently stirs their curiosity. John calls for discernment by avoiding prejudices. By designated Jesus as being the Lamb of God, John already gives us a glimpse of Jesus's Mission which is to wash us of our sins by his blood on the cross.

Love and Salvation

Christmas is a great joy, because it is the love of God that has come to us, proclaims Fr.
