After calling out the storm and the sea, Jesus meets two fierce demons. No one dared to approach them. But before Jesus, these two men recognized that He is the Son of God. The demons immediately knew that Jesus would not let them torture these men any longer, and they begged Him to send them to the pigs, which are unclean to the Jews. It should be noted that even the pigs refused to be possessed by the demons, they chose death by throwing themselves into the sea.

Jesus' victory over the evil spirit already symbolizes His victory over death. Therefore, we Christians need not fear because we have with us The Conqueror of the world and His power. Therefore, Jesus wants us to conquer with Him as those two men whom He freed from the evil spirit and restored to their freedom and dignity.

Indeed, Jesus is the Son of God, even the unclean spirits recognize Him. There is nothing He cannot accomplish, for He is the Lord of life. He asks only one thing of us: to welcome Him into our hearts and lives in order to free us from the obstacles that impede our dignity as men and children of God. Let us be victorious with the Son of God: overcome evil with good, overcome darkness with light, overcome hatred with love.
