This Gospel informs us what truly characterizes the disciple of Jesus. He who behaves like Him in whom God's love has been fulfilled. It is He who has marked out the path that we must follow through the practice of charity. So the point of this parable is the need to put Jesus' words into practice. For faith, contained and transmitted in words, calls for a renewal of life: the Word of God is a power at work in the believer.

Love and Salvation

Christmas is a great joy, because it is the love of God that has come to us, proclaims Fr.
