All of the training content prepares a young person for the profession of pastor. There are four pillars of priestly training: spiritual, intellectual, human and pastoral. The priestly trainees are trained for three years, studying philosophy at the major seminary, where they study the mental system of people according to the times. A young man who wants to be trained as a priest must be a healthy and strong man. Age and knowledge are also part of the requirements. Not only are diocesan priests called priests in Madagascar, but there are many congregations that train priests. There are differences between religious priests and diocesan priests; for example, a religious leads a life of his own according to the constitution of his congregation, having a spirituality of his own. Love and Salvation
