What distinguishes two persons of the same dignity is that they are “man and woman”. The doctrine of the Church on society states: "Women are the complement of men, and women are the complement of men", i.e. they complement each other physically and mentally, but there is also the complementarity of humanity itself. People with disabilities are full human beings: they have rights and responsibilities. Catechesis on human dignity, with Fr. Marcel Ranivomanalina.

Not only should each person have the same "dignities", but also each family, and each nation itself. Everyone is responsible for maintaining this "human dignity". In other words, what makes human beings poor is inequality. Catechesis on human dignity, with Fr. Marcel Ranivomanalina.

For there to be progress in society, it must be recognized that human beings have equal “dignities”. We must maintain true equality between the different classes of society. Rulers must uphold justice, fairness and equality for real 'progress' to take place. Catechesis on human dignity, with Fr. Marcel Ranivomanalina.

All human beings have the same “dignity” because they were created in the image and likeness of God. If every human being “has dignity” before God, a person must not contradict him, in the eyes of another human being. Because of their common "dignities", there should be a deep-rooted brotherhood among human beings. Catechesis on human dignity, with Fr. Marcel Ranivomanalina.
