Idleness is an evil character that demons put in us and manifests itself in indolence and laziness so that we cannot advance with the good and holy life according to God's will. "Midonanam-poana" is a combination of two words, "midonaka" inactive and "foana" always. "Idle" people just stay, don't work, just sit there. "Always" is used to refer to something often, repeatedly.
