The meaning of dialogue comes from the Greek words "dialogue", "dia" and "logos", i.e. "dia" does not mean two but a crossing, the "logos" which means words comes from 'crossing oneself or through conversation. The discussion is not a "negotiation" but an opportunity to express what is persuasive for oneself, with respect for others. Each person must have complete purity of heart and must not make external judgments. The attitude that should prevail is to find something to do together to show solidarity and seek the common good.
