In Hebrew, the book of Psalms is called ‘Sefer Tehillim’. The word ‘tehillim’ can simply be translated into Malagasy as ‘song of praise’. This ‘tehillim’ does not really interpret the Psalms and is not very satisfactory, because it says any song of praise, whatever form it takes; the word ‘Mizmor’ means rather a religious song...
