There are several steps that must be taken in order for people to maintain good health. And none of it can be ignored. If you want to recover in the short term while in treatment, all of these steps must be taken into account.

Prevention Steps

According to Malagasy people, health is the first wealth, and the maintenance of it is a duty that all human beings must fulfill. When we are sick, we are always in a hurry to recover quickly, but we neglect or we do not take into account the importance to take care of such health care when it is needed. While healthy, these precautions should be taken, rather than waiting for the patient to move.

  • Healthy Eating: Includes energy food, protective food, food builders, Mineral salts, drinking pure water and its normal dosage: At least 1 liter and a half daily;
  • Sleep at least eight hours;
  • Resting properly;
  • You need to use your body but you do not have to exercise too much. Walking for 30 minutes a day, or three hours a week, is enough;
  • Organizing the environment: cleanliness, security, communication with others;
  • Contact a local doctor in case of an emergency.

Prevention Step Two

  • When you get sick and you come to the medical team, you receive instruction to help prevent the disease from recurring.

Avoid the third step

  • If you have a chronic illness, only your doctor can guide you to living with your chronic illness.
