This label is reserved for training centres that design and offer training leading to qualifications and diplomas.
There is a procedure for obtaining the Soa Far Label from the FARMADA training centre. According to Ms Rahelisoa Bakoly Danielle, head of the Ministry of Technical Education and Vocational Training, the training centre must be approved to open and offer training before it can be awarded the Soa Far label.
13 centres in the FARMADA network have been awarded the Soa Far Label. One of them is ISTRCE, a higher education centre based in Fenoarivo-Atsinanana. Rahelisoa Bakoly Danielle, Head of the Standards and Performance Department at the Ministry of Education, Technical and Vocational Training, explained that there are certain conditions and characteristics required of the centre once it has been awarded the Soa Far Label.
The 26 training centres in the FARMADA network are waiting to receive the Soa Far label. The current authorities are in the process of installing it.
