"Tsara Voatra" is an association that contributes to the development of rural areas. Mr. Mamy Razanakolona is the president of the association. The people of the Analamanga region are familiar with the association's development work.

A recently created association, "Tsara Voatra", has a vision to develop the grassroots, through agriculture and livestock and small businesses aiming at farmers' independence and GDP growth. The improvement of the world around them, the relationship with society and the environment is not insignificant. This vision will be realised through basic education, especially for farmers...

"Education that changes the environment" was the theme of the first workshop organised by "Tsara Voatra". Mr. Faly Rafieferana, a leadership expert, developed the theme of positive education. A presentation took place at Masina Misely Amparibe College on 25 March, where rural stakeholders were invited. Mr Mamy Razanakolona said it was a success.

Young people from different associations, especially the scouts, were interested in the explanation.
