The obligation to leave the foetus at the expense of essential care for the health of the mother is not a crime. It is a code of conduct in itself. It is also the deviated result of the desire to keep the foetus. On the other hand, pregnancy, the result of rape, is neither to be ignored nor underestimated, as well as the difficulties that arise from it with the underlying causes.

There is nothing that can give a veto authorization, to do whatever you want with a person's life, even if it is still in its early stages.
