May 31 is World No Tobacco Day. The organs that can be damaged when people smoke are many, but these include: the lungs and respiratory organs. The side effects of smoking can affect the whole body and organs: heart, brain, blood vessels, blood pressure and can lead to cancer. Addiction to cigarettes is very quickly entrenched. The presence of a smoker is a danger for the neighborhood, which is not a smoker. People who want to quit smoking must have inner determination and conviction. Tobacco addiction can be cured.
