People must work because they are motivated by their needs and those of their families, because those who are diligent will get what they need. The work must be done well. There is no such thing as a silly job, if it's done well. Every kind of work is shown and lived by preparing it and doing it well, because it serves to show that everyone loves their work. God doesn't want human beings to be unhappy, and since God created the world, He has placed them in a place sufficient for them to be happy, and given them the duty to arrange and protect it.
