In our world today, technology has reached a very high level and this does not stop to develop more and more quickly and in an even more sophisticated way.

This can be good for our world because it makes our life easier: we can travel across the globe in a time still unimaginable a century ago, we can acquire unbelievable knowledge, and connect us to the people on the other side of the world. We can help our brother and sister who suffer wherever they are, we can save lives. We must take advantage of it.

Yet this great technological advance is not without risks: we can become dependent on it, and worse still, we can lose our identity and our cherished values, our spirituality and even our faith. We can be totally frustrated by the confrontation with our real life, the one presented by the media. Our convictions are shaken in the face of ideologies circulating in the world through social communication networks.

Caution should be exercised, we must be selective in this case. Self-Control and a balanced rhythm of life, critical thinking and self-awareness are necessary for a better and more fulfilled life. the technology must stay a servant of man and not a master.
