A meeting for the Dicasteries for Formation and Social Communications is being held from October 17 to 21, 2022 in Lusaka (Zambia), for the Congregation of Salesians Don Bosco of the Region of Africa and Madagascar.

A reflection session on the Pope's message for the 56th World Communications Day, entitled "Listening with the ear of the heart", marked the beginning of the meeting. The objective is to share the achievements and experiences of each Salesian Province of Africa and Madagascar in the field of social communications and the Salesian formation curriculum, in order to identify an outlook for the future. It should be noted that the meeting takes place under the direction of the Department for Social Communications of the Salesian Generalate in Rome.
