Faith is the source and the centre of the Christian life. live his faith is a response from men with divine destiny. Bishop Jean Pascal Andriantsoavina tells us how the blessed virgin lives her faith.
Blessed are you who believed that what was spoken to you by the Lord would be fulfilled.” Lc 1, 45.
The word faith or "pistis" is repeated 243 times in the new testament: This number shows that faith is the source and the centre of the Christian life. According to the letter of Hebrew, "Faith is the realization of what is hoped for and evidence* of things not seen" (cf. He 11, 1). And faith defines the behaviour of believers. According to Pope Francis' encyclical "Lumen Fidei" No. 18, there are two kinds of definition for the word "believe" according to St. John: "to believe in Jesus" and "to believe in Jesus". The first means that "we believe in Jesus when we accept his Word, his testimony because he is true cf. Jn 6,30". While the second shows that "we believe in Jesus, when we accept him personally in our lives and surrender ourselves to him, adhering to him in love and following him along the way (cf. Jn 2:11; 6:47; 12:44)". In short, we trust in what he does and we share life with him. Then, Saint Mary is the first believer and the model for believers because she trusts her Son (cf. Jn 2:3, 5) and lives in communion with Him. The relationship with God is deeply rooted in her.
1.The faith of Blessed virgin
The Mother of God has deep faith. A young Jew who follows the law and the customs of society (cf. Lk 2,27-39), such as purification after childbirth (Lk 2,22; LV 12,1-8), circumcision of the child (cf. Jn 17,12; Lev 12,3; Lk 2,21), offering of sacrifice (cf. Lk 2,24; Lev 12,8), pilgrimage according to custom (cf. Lk 2,41-42). She recognizes and believes in God who cares for her. Faith means not only contemplating Jesus but contemplating the world with the gaze of Jesus, that is, having compassion for others (marriage at Cana cf. Jn 2,9-10), Jesus' compassion for the sick cf. Mt 14,14-16).
The Christian faith is the faith of the incarnation and the resurrection, the faith in God who meet and is close to men. the blessed virgin trust in God, but like all of man, she is overwhelmed at the Annunciation (cf. Lc 1, 29).
She thinks about what this event might mean. She deepens her faith. (cf. Lc 1, 35-36).
She lives in difficulty, but thanks to her faith, she accepts the destiny of God. She believes that God helps her to realize the divine will. Therefore, Jesus is the foundation of her faith.
2.The impact of faith in her life
To have Jesus in life does not mean that life is without problems (cf. Mk 4,35-40), but believers must have faith and trust (cf. Mk 4,40 "Why are you so afraid? Have you not yet faith?"). The blessed virgin has undergone many difficulties in life, from the birth of Jesus (cf. Lk 2,7) to Calvary (Jn 19,25).
She lives in humility: Humility is one of the virtues that Christians should possess. St. Therese of the Child Jesus said:
“The humility is the holiness and the holiness is the humility“
3. Holy Mary in our life
The blessed virgin has a great place in faith and in the spiritual life of the Christians. This begins in Cana (cf. Jn 2). Jesus accepts her demand although it is not the moment. We must have a deep relationship with her. She can help us: with her, everything will be alright
