God's vocation needs nurturing, and there are many roles to which everyone is called: priest, religious, consecrated, marriage, doctor, teacher, judge, farmer, shopkeeper. The way to respond to God's call is to give importance to being able to live together, i.e. not to speak arrogantly, to be able to listen to one another...
