Women have their own importance and role if examined closely and according to the Scriptures. The Pentateuch or the Five Books of Moses is the starting point, so we can say that the words "woman = W" and "man = H" are balanced and not separated, almost often, (Genesis 42 W / 79 times H, Exodus 20 W / 24 H, Leviticus 28 W / 29 H, Numbers 27 W / 84 H, Deuteronomy 20 W / 31 H). If we look at the whole Bible, the word "woman/women" is used 715 times, and "man, man/men" 1050 times. If we compare the Old Testament (OT) and the New Testament (NT): 172 times OT / 251 times NT and 543 times OT / 799 times NT.
Therefore, it can be seen that the New Testament really values the dignity of the human being, and it is obvious that Christian believers try to protect and respect women and their rights.
Women have their place in the education and transmission of wisdom, faith, truth and prudence, and the Scriptures are strict on the behaviour of women and their efforts to transmit faith in hope and love. Therefore, it is right and proper to strengthen the training and preparation of women to be well-trained, chaste, honest and holy mothers and educators, as well as to be true models of education and coexistence, trying to live successfully and courageously, daring to stand up for justice, righteousness and peace.
