Sunday November 28 - First Sunday of Advent - Show us, Lord, your love, and give us your salvation - Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint Luke 21, 25-28. 34-36

He who believes should not live under fear. The signs, whatever they are, should not upset us. On the contrary, they must indicate to us the imminence of our salvation. Firm faith gives birth to hope that God alone will have the last word and not the evil. Advent is the right time to strengthen this faith by responding to Christ's call: "Stay awake and pray at all times: so you will have the strength to escape whatever is to happen".

Love and Salvation

Christmas is a great joy, because it is the love of God that has come to us, proclaims Fr. Bizimana Innocent, Provincial Superior of the Salesians Don Bosco of Madagascar and Mauritius, presenting his Christmas greetings. Salvation is accomplished, so life is not in danger of disappearing.
