Farmers working with the association "Tsiky Tsika" participated in a three-day training in Betsitaisana, fokontany of Tsimiambolahy in the rural commune of Fihaonana, district of Ankazobe.

The aim of the training was to bring together the farmers who are supported by the Association, so that there is unity and mutual exchange of techniques provided by the Association. The aim is also to solve the problems they face in the production environment, said Ms. Rakotobe Miora Nirina Iangotiana, president of the Tsiky Tsika Association and coordinator of the association's projects.

There was a workshop with those who are used to and know the rural world, and Mr. Faly Rafieferana explained the right things to know about self-sufficiency and development on the first day. Education, self-sufficiency or independence and development are three inseparable pillars. Mr. Faly Rafieferana said that development will not be achieved if each person is not independent in many ways. But it will not be possible, if the education offered to him is not perfect either...

The Tsiky Tsika Association encourages and trains farmers to become independent in their fields. The way to do this is to share different production technologies for the producers. The implementation of the technology offered to them has improved the livelihoods of convinced farmers, including Mr. Randrianandraina Victor and Ms. Rasoavola Jacqueline, both residents of the fokontany of Tsimiambolahy, Commune of Fihaonana, Ankazobe district.
