Monday March 15, 2021 - Fourth week of Lent - Seek good, not evil, in order to live. Thus the Lord will be with you - Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint John 4, 43-54

After changing the water into wine at Cana, admittedly his first miracle, Jesus went to Capernaum to heal the son of an officer. This means that his miracles also concern life, but not only material.

The difference in this healing was that the sick person was not even in front of Jesus, since he was at home. Thus, this miracle had a very distant reach, for Jesus had not even arrived at the side of the child that he is already healed. In fact, on the way, Jesus said to the officer: "Go, your son is alive" (Jn. 4, 50). The faith in Jesus, shown by this officer, is very exceptional, because he has not yet seen his child and already believes that his son is healed. God can do anything as long as you believe in him. So let's not pay attention to the signs to believe in God, but in his benevolent love.

We can therefore say that Jesus is always among those who believe in him and that his presence in us has no limit. So let's believe in him, because he protects us throughout our life.

Anyone can believe in Jesus, for his will is, that all be saved. He worked miracles for those who believe in him, for faith is our desire to see God, to meet him and to follow him in order to feel the happiness of being by his side.

The Spirit of truth will guide you into all truth
