Jesus speaks to the chief priests and Pharisees to make them believe. This parable draws a parallel between the vine and the Jewish people, the servants and the prophets, and the son is none other than Himself. The other workers are people other than the Jews. He wants to convince them to convert as a matter of urgency, but they have understood something else. Such is human nature: ungrateful. But God is patient, He sacrificed Himself by sending His only Son so that humanity might be saved.

This parable is not only for the Pharisees and the chief of Priest but also to us who have been revealedbut still refuse to believe. The Lent is a conversion time,a reversal so let's follow Christ our savior and savior of the World.
