Friday January 14, 2022 - First week of ordinary time - A great prophet arose among us, and God visited his people - Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint Mark 2, 1-12
Two points should be remembered from this passage. First, only faith allows us to meet God. It is by faith that the contemporaries of this paralytic did everything to bring him to Christ so that he could heal him. Next, faith should not turn us in on ourselves, but should turn us towards others. As believers, we have a duty to reach out to those who are suffering and have lost their bearings and bring them to Christ.
