Victoire Rasoamanarivo illustrates in particular the place of the laity in the Catholic Church in Madagascar. She put the energy she drew from faith and prayer at the service of all. During the absence of the missionaries, she committed herself to helping Catholic Christians, in active collaboration with Brother Rafiringa, to live the faith and to move in unity.
