The governing authority conferred on the bishop, who is clearly his own body and must not be joined to others, comes from Christ. This authority belongs exclusively to him, and is legitimate and supreme. The sacrament of episcopal order represents the fullness of the priesthood in the Church. Christmas is a great joy, because it is the love of God that has come to us, proclaims Fr.
