Prayer is an important part of human and Christian life. The Pope has said that prayer is: a dam that we cross, a refuge and a help, that delivers us from difficulties, shows a new world of creation in those who pray, revives and gives life to people; it is the duty of each of us to pass it on to the next generation, to change the heart of stone into a heart of flesh.
