Elders inform the foundations, passing on spiritual and oral traditions; preserving and informing the roots of the people, perpetuating and passing on history. Those who respect parents and elders also respect God. Elderly people are a link between generations, especially when it comes to passing on experiences. Christmas is a great joy, because it is the love of God that has come to us, proclaims Fr.
