Mr. Rakotoniaina Constant Fabrice, from the Avotra Association in the commune of Antamboho, District of Arivonimamo, said that many benefits had been gained from this training in water management. The same seems to be true for Ms Lantonirina Françine, who lives in Antandrokomby and works for the FISOI association.
