Training young producers to take on responsibilities and strengthen their skills, either in terms of representation, or in terms of implementing environmentally-friendly agriculture or "agroecology", or production respecting the life cycle of the environment, is the theme chosen for this project.
Mr. Gérard Andriamandimby, Director of the SOA Network, stated that the aim was to train young people capable of mastering the work of production and succeeding the current leaders. 60 young people trained by Réseau SOA from its 13 regions are benefiting from the project.
