The Farming and Technology Association in the Rural World, or FTA, has contributed to the development of the rural world, through the transmission of different production techniques. The technologies they have disseminated have improved and changed the way farmers think about production...

Farmers evolve with technological progress. The transfer of production techniques to producers must evolve with progress. The use of communication and information technologies facilitates the dissemination of new ideas and techniques on rural production. It is used by the Agricultural and Technological Association in the countryside or by the FTA.
This is done by the "Agri-bus". The equipment used, the training location and the electricity used pose no problems. The advantages are numerous," says technician Mr. RATSIMANDRESY Fidèle.

At the head of a project called FM3A or "Fiarahamonina Maintso Manana ny Amby Ampy sy Afaka" to help farmers in the fields of Agriculture and Livestock, FTA is financed by a Swiss financial partner. The project is characterized by production that takes the environment into account by not using chemical fertilizers in either agriculture or livestock.it works in six regions, Alaotra Mangoro, Analamanga, Vakinakaratra, Itasy, Amoron'i Mania and Matsiatra-ambony. FM3A passes on its technical know-how through training courses for member farmers.
