The "Landy Avotra" cooperative in Kelifaritra, Commune Rurale d'Ambohitrabiby, District d'Antananarivo-Avaradrano, is still producing high-quality silk products using techniques inherited from its parents in the past.

A cooperative is working with the FAFIALA Centre to promote this traditional Malagasy craft. The shelter built by the FAFIALA Centre at its headquarters in Ambohimangakely has been open to visitors since last October.
