This action plan took the opinion of the grassroots members, so the objective is the contribution of the dairy industry in Madagascar to the food security of the Malagasy people, and the milk produced by the members can also be competitive on the market. MDB is convinced that there is still a significant market for dairy products. The actors are ready to fill the void but call on the State to protect local production against the large number of companies using imported dairy products.
